• Mr. Sathyanarayana is a qualified Chartered Accountant since 1996. He co-founded the firm in 1998.

 

• He has vast experience in various types of audits, direct and indirect taxation, computer applications and other finance and management related matters for over thirty years.

 

• He has been involved with representing clients in ITAT and NCLT.

 

• He is known for his unique skills in understanding clients’ specific needs and delivering solutions to them to solve complex business problems. He is the strong advocate of the philosophy that, a consultant’s job does not end by recommending measures; it is a continuous long-term relationship where he continues to be involved till the client achieves tangible measurable results.

 

• He has also completed the Certificate course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) conducted by the ICAI.

• Mrs. Geetha is a qualified Chartered Accountant since 2002.

 

• She joined the firm in December 2004.

 

• In a career spanning more than two decades, she has experience in various types of audits, direct and indirect taxation, computer applications and other finance and management related matters.

 

• She possesses exemplary qualities of punctuality, leadership and is an able administrator, providing excellent services on timely basis is her forte. She ensures that our firm pays individualized attention to every client. She specializes in Audit and Company law matters.

 

• She has also completed the Certificate course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) and Concurrent Audit of Banks conducted by the ICAI.

 

 

• A qualified Chartered Accountant since 2011, Mr. Vinay has vast experience in reputed international and national consulting organizations. He has expertise in Accounting & Auditing Standards, Company Law, Valuation and proficiency in Forensic Audit, Direct Taxes and GST.

 

• Joined the firm in May 2019.

• In a career spanning more than a decade, he has been associated with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, KPMG, PwC and B.K. Khare & Co., where he was involved in serving various clients having a wide industry spread which included Manufacturing, trading/retail, capital goods, food processing, industrial automation & automobiles, aerospace, IT and ITES services, logistics, etc.

• He is a qualified Registered Valuer (Securities or Financial Assets Class) with the IBBI (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India). He has also completed the Certificate course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) and GST conducted by the ICAI. He has also completed Diploma in Information System Audit(DISA) conducted by the ICAI. His also qualified the Diploma in IFRS Exam (Dip IFRS) conducted by ACCA.

• He has a firm belief in hard work as well as a commitment to quality and excellence in client service. He also feels, that in this global environment of rapid regulatory and technological changes, updating, adapting and reinventing yourself on a regular basis is the key to be a successful consultant.

• CA Vivek Anand Hebbar is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2002.

 

• In over two decades of his professional career, he has vast experience in handling corporate assignments in different areas including statutory and management audits, advisory, accounting outsourcing.

• He began his professional career working with ICICI Limited and Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank) between 1998 and 2004.

 

• Having inclination towards professional practice, he joined a Mumbai-based firm – Ganesh Jagadeesh & Co. Chartered Accountants (GJCO) in October 2004 starting as an Associate Director before being elevated as Partner in July 2007. During his stint with GJCO was instrumental in putting in place a collaborative and inclusive corporate culture into the firm including various strategic decisions which contributed to accelerating the growth of the firm.

• In 2021, he moved to Bangalore and set up an independent practice by the name V A H & Associates, Chartered Accountants. He joined the NSC family by merging his practice and joining as a partner of the firm in December 2022.

• Miss. Kavyashree is a qualified Chartered Accountant since February 2022.

 

• She joined the firm April 2022 and inducted as partner in December 2022.

 

• She has good experience in various audit, direct and indirect taxation, Company Law matters.

 

• She possess necessary skills and technically sound knowledge to provide excellent service to clients. She adheres to commitment of time and quality in providing services to clients.
